I cannot find a particular product on the webshop, what should I do?

The easiest way to find a product is on the basis of its item number. You can find it in our catalogues among others. Enter this item number in our search field to find your product quickly. Do you not know the item number? You can also search using other search terms such as “dig kits” or “science kits” to find the right product, or you can navigate through the brand pages.
Not yet found what you were looking for? The product may not be available in your country. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are not sure about this and we will be happy to help you.

Can I come and see your products?

K&M has its own showroom in China and Los Angeles where many of our products can be viewed. A visit is possible by appointment. Contact our sales team or a colleague from our customer service department. K&M is also present at various trade fairs where you can come and see most of our brands and all of our new products. How am I kept informed about new features?

We regularly send our customers newsletters with, among other things, announcements about new brands, new products, trade fairs and other innovations. Are you not yet receiving these newsletters?
