Executive Assistant

Job Description:

  • Assist the GM with daily schedules and tasks, including meetings, travel arrangements, and visitor reception

  • Draft, organize, and archive various documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Monitor project progress, coordinate internal departments, and drive task completion
